Formax Folder / Inserter. Model FD-6304, 3 Station, with OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) This is a commercial machine rated to fold and insert documents up to 40,000 per month. It has less than 300,000 insertions on the counter. MSRP is over $22,000.00. Customer used it sparingly since April 2007 and traded it in for a new model. It has been under continous maintenance agreement since installation and works perfectly. It is also elegible for a continuing Maintenance Agreement! I'm looking to move this quickly.
